We have carefully designed our compensation plan to second to none in the industry, having the mind to create a large flow of income to all our loyal affiliate and from time to time, compensate them with other mouth watering incentives which is not written on this compensation plan.
At NifRealty, we have Seven Different ways of saying thanks to our affiliate because they hold an important part of the company. We have carefully designed this Seven different payment methods to continuously create a cash flow for all dedicated affiliates who will hold the forth to the very end.
- 1) First Payment is the referral bonus which is 40% of the registration fee paid by referrals to referees.
- 2) Second payment is the sales commission which is 20% of your sales target commission going to the company. This money shall be paid instantly to your wallet which is withdrawable to your bank account.
- 3) The Third payment is your circle out bonus which will be between 60% to 90% of the total sales your network did in that particular stage.
- 4) The fourth mode of payout are the incentives that will be given to you at the end of each stage which you will find bellow each of the stages.
- 5) The fifth payment level is an automatic issuing certificate of 0.1% equity share holding of the company to each affiliate that finish all the compensation plan.
- 6) The sixth mode of payment will be a start up salary of One Million Naira (N1,000,000.00) once an affiliate complete all the stages and have two other affiliate under them while they will keep earning Two Million Naira monthly (N2,000,000) when four other affiliates joined their team.
- 7) The seventh payment level are other incentives accrue to an affiliate who has become a shareholder in the company.
Entry Stage
Entry Stage
- - Registration Fee is N3,000.00
- - Referral bonus is 40% of registration Fee
- - Stage one shall be a 2 X 2 matrix
Qualification.
- - Register two people and encourage them also to register two people each.
- - Each member pays their registration fee of N3,000.00 .
- - Meet up with your stage target which is registering landlords who will list properties accumulating up the tune of N1,500,000 with your username.
- - Encourage your network to do same because it is compulsory for every affiliate under your network to meet up with this target.
Compensation.

- - You will earn 40% of the registration fee the person you directly referred to the company pays instantly.
- Sales Bonus
- - Sales bonus is 20% of the total amount the company earns as commission from a particular property .
- Circle Out Bonus
- - You will earn a total of 30% of the total amount of commission your network brought to the company.

- - Minimum sales target you’re expected to bring is N1,500,000 worth of property. 5% of this amount will be the company commission which is N75,000.00.
- - Your affiliate commission will be 20% of N75,000 which will be equal to N15,000.
- Circle Out Bonus
- - This payment is what you get from the total amount of sales from your team. This is the breakdown .
- - If the total amount of your team sales target is N9,000,000.00, 5% of this which is N450,000.00 is the total amount payable to the company as the commission and you will get 60% of this amount which is N270,000.00 .
Silver Stage

- - Stage one shall be a 2 X 3 matrix .
Qualification.
- - This stage is a 2 X 3 matrix. You will need 14 people who have successfully completed their stage one to come and meet you at stage 2. There is a spill over for every in your network.
- - Meet up with your stage target which is registering a landlord who will list a property worth minimum of N1,500,000 with your username .
- - Encourage your network to do same because it is compulsory for every affiliate under your network to meet up with this target.
